Pre-K Enrichment programs
September to May
ages 1.5 years to 5 years
Working with a small group no more than 6 children, we will create a learning experience using a pre-school curriculum and lots of fun. Colors, Dance, Numbers, Shapes, Outside Adventures, Letters, Science, Memory, Art and Play time. We will explore the natural wonders of the world as we grow and learn together.

Monthly Program:
9:00 am to 12:30 p.m.

Tiny Tot’s Summer Fun Camp

For Girls and Boys
Ages 2.5 to 5 years

Tiny Tot’s summer camp is designed to be a fun small social group for boys and girls with a focus on arts/crafts and the natural world.  We will also spend time in the garden, taking a few short walks and exploring the wonders of nature.  The Day camp is ideal for children who love to be spontaneous and creative.

Creative Art Camp
For Girls and Boys
Ages 11 to 13 years
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 1:00pm
$145.00 per child (plus $20.00 materials fee)

Intimate groups of 8 children will shape our day together, with gentle guidance, safety rules and lots of fun. Join our week-long, half-day camps, using our imaginations to create our own dream summer.  Alpine Sunshine Camp is ideal for kids who love the arts, being outdoors and spontaneous creative activities.  Share a summer of fresh air and sunshine. We will explore nature, play in the creative arts and take walks. We’ll glue many things together and play with paint and color. We will also have time for snacks, resting and will nurture ourselves, be creative and share the joys of making art together.

Baby-sitters Training

Class is tailored for individuals ages 11 to 16 who are looking to obtain information and skills needed for child care and baby sitting. Play skills, trouble shooting, discipline, leadership skills, business skills, healthy child skills, diapering, feeding, kitchen safety, home alone safety and safety /first aid topics are covered in this course. All camper will make and take "baby sitters tool bag", tool and tricks for success.

CPR Child and Infant Class/Camp

Class is offered to those individuals who are or who have taken the Baby-sitters Training Course or Summer Camp interested in advancing their knowledge, get Certified and add to their resume Child/Infant CPR

Only full payment holds your placement in camps. Cashiers check or personal checks only, payable to Alpine Sunshine.
$35.00 NSF check fee for returned checks.

Parents must be phone interview prior to payment and placement in pre-k programs to insure the camp
meets the needs of child and the camp accurately fit together. No refunds.

A few of the guidelines for Summer camps and Enrichment programs
 Drop-in Rate
I do offer a drop-in on a day-to-day basis for clients who are currently enrolled on a regular basis to the enrichment program.
The fee for drop-in care is $10.00 per hour and is due at the end of the day.
Payment Due Date
 All payments for programs offered are due with registration.
Pre-K Enrichment programs fees are due the first of each month, with one month pre paid in advance as a deposit.
Holidays
 The Pre-K Enrichment program will be closed on the same days the Boulder Valley School System note for closure, with the exception to the ones listed on the Semesters Calendar, (semester 1. Sep - Dec. semester 2. Jan. - May) A calendar of scheduled dates will be provided prior to enrollment or call for more information.
Please note that when the BVSD closes for inclement weather,
Alpine sunshine will be closed also.
Conferences and Professional Days
 Alpine Sunshine will also close for up to 4 days each calendar year for training, conferences and professional development days. These occur on scheduled basics and will be listed on the calendar. Most correspond with the Boulder Valley School schedule, with the exception of a few dates.
To insure correct placement
 Pre K Enrichment programs have a one week paid comment for a trail week to ensure a correct fit for both Alpine Sunshine and the needs of the child. No refunds after one week. 60 days notice is required for cancellation . Violation of the 60 days notice will forfeit the one month deposit.

Certifications and Courses
First Aid, CPR, AED Certifications and Babysitters training are available and can be tailored to the needs of specific groups and individuals. Whether you work with children, want training for employees, or simply want to know how to help a friend, family member or someone in an emergency, training with the
American Red Cross can help you.
Custom Classes Available 
Arrange a class of at least 5 people and we will arrive on site to teach the class. Custom classes are normally small, give more hands on training, and can be completed in fewer hours. They can be taught at your time schedule which often means your weekends are not taken up by an 8 hour courses.
